Graduate Sales Executive – Delegate Sales (Events / Exhibitions)

Our client is a leading provider of UK based events and training seminars covering numerous market sectors. Through delivering learning, training and networking opportunities, dynamic, interactive and well received events; our client provides forward-thinking business leaders with the resources they require. Due to growth across a variety of events, they now have an exciting opening for an internally based Graduate Sales Executive to join their London E1 based Delegate Sales team.
As an Internal Graduate Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify, qualify and close revenue opportunities with executives in both domestic and international accounts
- Manage the whole sales process from sourcing relevant executives, through to reaching out, making contact and articulating the benefits/value of joining our clients’ industry leading events
- Sell mainly to senior executives from within global businesses
- Receive ongoing training, solid opportunities for career progression and uncapped earning potential
The ideal degree educated, high calibre candidate will have:
- A strong desire to break into sales
- Previous delegate or event sales experience. Advantageous but not a prerequisite
- The ability to communicate clearly with exceptional concision
- A well polished structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a performing team
- High levels of self motivation
The successful candidate can expect a starting base salary circa 20k with an uncapped OTE of 30-35k plus an excellent benefits package.
