Lead Salesforce Analyst

Mason Frank are currently recruiting for a Lead Salesforce Analyst to join a market leading financial organisation based in Central London The successful Lead Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for the following;

*Embed new processes and systems enhancements in teams that sell to and serve customers
*Provide first and second level support to users in these teams
*Provide technical support
*Ad hoc reporting and dashboard
*Minor configuration
*Capture and escalate user questions with newly implemented processes, with follow through to resolution.
*Promote best practice behaviour which result in efficient operation.
*Engage with business representatives as required.
*The Sales Process Specialist provides the 1st and 2nd level support for Sales Tools and Process with focus on Risk .
