Mortgage Case Manager / Mortgage Processor (Lender / London)

An exiting opportunity is available for an experienced Mortgage Case Manager / Mortgage Processor to join this rapidly expanding mortgage and bridging finance lender. This is an excellent time to be joining a fast paced and entrepreneurial company.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional seeking full time employment, to assist with the deal flow case management for our short-term mortgage lending which will also include certain general administrative functions to support the office.

Responsibilities:

To assist with putting together the mortgage underwriting packs, on each deal, in conjunction with the Business Development Manager on cases. This includes conducting various searches and checks.
To proactively manage a pipeline of loan applications and to manage the expectations of customers, and the intermediaries that the business has a relationship with.
To provide brokers and customers with accurate case updates at all points in the process.
To provide a high level of customer service at all stages of a loan application.
To assist our loan underwriters by providing the required information on deals, as they progress.
Provide key support to the running of the office

Experience required:

Minimum 12 months mortgage administration / mortgage processing experience.
GCSE (minimum Maths and English A-C);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail, efficient and organised;
A positive attitude with a hands on approach to work tasks;
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
Strong planning and problem solving skills

Salary details:

Up to £32k basic + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
