This vacancy is in an Ofsted ‘outstanding’ registered children’s home offering 52-week care and education placements for girls aged 11 – 18 years with emotional, behavioural disorders.

The role includes looking after the young people during the night period, supporting their emotional well-being, and ensuring they are safe. The role is to look after the young people during the night period supporting their emotional well-being and ensuring they are safe. Shifts are 10 hours, 9.30pm to 7.30am, weekdays and weekends and there is a need to remain awake for the whole shift period. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with young people or have experience of parenting. The role includes light domestic duties and the ability to engage effectively with young people, should they require your support during the night.
