Project Manager East London Consultancy

Our client is an independent consultancy in East London and has worked on some of the most prestigious buildings in the capital. They pride themselves on their continued delivery of excellent results and cover a range of services including Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Design and Build and Dilapidation services. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Project Manager or a chartered Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to move into Project Management.

The Project Manager will be joining an existing team of 15 Project Managers and will be responsible for the Briefing and feasibility process, move management, contract administration as well as overseeing the Management of the construction process. The Project Manager will cover a range of Sectors most notably Commercial, Retail and Residential.

The ideal project manager would be:

• Undergoing or have completed their APC


• From a Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Project Management background


• Experienced in working for a London based Consultancy
