Quantity Surveyor – M&E Contracting – £45k – £55k – North London

My client, a well-established, M&E building services contractor are currently recruiting for a M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong Mechanical background to work with their North London office. They require an experienced individual with a strong technical background and are looking to get the right individual on board with immediate effect

About the Client:

A well-established, M&E building services contractor based in North London. They are a mid-sized contractor with an annual turnover of £25million. They specialise in providing the full range of building services from Gas Service/Heating Contracts, to proactive planned maintenance (MTC) and Partnering framework contracts for a variety of clients in the public sector. They are proud of the long standing relationships they have built over the years with a range of local authorities and blue chip end user clients.

About the Role:

* Lead the development of successful commercial and financial controls through personal endeavour and action
* To manage the Surveying activities you are assigned on a daily basis and, as such, be accountable to the Directors for its performance
* Provide Weekly report (Progress and Contract) to the Line Manager
* Excellent Salary Package upto £55k
* Pricing Variation accounts and sub-contract accounts
* Manage and pro-actively support all commercial and surveying activities to ensure they reflect the requirements of the Business
* Keep and maintain full documentation to ensure that good business practice is achieved and that the Company’s contractual and corporate responsibilities are discharged
