Forming an integral part of the FiveTen Group, an ever-expanding collection of recruitment companies operating across the globe, we’re able to offer a variety of exciting opportunities to our employees. As Marks Sattin continues to focus on further building our market share across the UK & Ireland, we are looking for outstanding new consultants to join our London HQ office.


Profile:


Applicants will be of graduate calibre and have experience of working within a fast paced commercial environment. Knowledge within sales or recruitment would be highly beneficial. You will be ambitious, have a strong work ethic and a passion for the business world, as well as an appetite for learning and development. Your enthusiasm and energy will be supported by our highly experienced management team as well as our award-winning training department, with career development and progression a major part of Marks Sattin’s success to date.


The Role:

  • Developing an expert knowledge of the specific industry sector

  • New business development through a variety of BD techniques

  • Identifying and following business leads and opportunities

  • Managing existing candidate and client relationships

  • Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking

  • Interviewing market leading professional

  • Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies.
