Supervisor

An established women’s fashion retailer is looking for a Supervisor to join their business.

Trading in the UK and internationally, this retailer has over 160 stores and a fast growing online presence.

They are a business that continues to grow but who maintain a family feel; successful employees are valued and can make a real contribution to the growth of their stores.

We’re looking for a Supervisor to join the business.

Supervisor for this retailer are hands on and are expected to be on the shop floor leading by example as much as possible.

You will motivate and inspire your team to sell and deliver an excellent customer experience ensuring that your store achieves KPIs, generates strong sales and makes a profit.

You will have an eye for fashion and current trends and whilst you will work to visual merchandising guidelines you will have the opportunity to demonstrate commercial flair and react to your local market.

You’ll need to know what your customers want.

This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor looking for a new challenge or a great Senior Sales Advisor / Key holder looking for a first appointment opportunity.

You will ideally have experience within fashion retail or be able to demonstrate knowledge and passion in this area.
