The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role
This graduate recruitment role will include in-house graduate training on recruitment in general, the problems you will encounter, sales technique and the markets you will be operating in. Key responsibilities will include:
– Developing and utilising strong knowledge of sectors, clients and trends to identify entrepreneurial opportunities
– Managing and developing relationships with both existing and potential clients and candidates
– Resourcing the highest calibre of candidates that meet the clients` specific requirements
– Supporting the senior consultants
– Passing on any leads to the relevant teams
– Attracting the right kind of candidates through networking and advertising methods

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
– A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
– A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner
– Personable and engaging
– Tenacious, with a desire to continue learning and developing
– Extremely professional, with an ability to persuade and influence
– An interest in the real estate and Engineering sector is beneficial
