The Early Years NQT Role
In this Early Years NQT position, you will be taking charge of either the Reception or the Nursery class, depending on the need. With an excellent support network around you and a superb CPD program on offer, you will be given every opportunity to learn and develop here, rather than the sink-or-swim approach adopted by some! Day to day, use your newly-learned Teaching talents and your energetic classroom approach to help raise standards and encourage a positive teaching and learning environment! The school have a policy to provide all NQTs with a dedicated TA too! What more could you ask for…?
