Head of Sales - Corporate Wellbeing

£40 K – £50 K plus bonus (OTE 70 K)
I am recruiting for one of the most exciting sporting and lifestyle companies in the UK. Having organically grown over the past few years, the company is now looking for a head of sales to spearhead it newly established corporate offering which is set to lauch over the next few months.
This is a really exciting and will involve planning, developing and launching a brand new corporate wellbeing strategy. The role will involve proactively selling this to the corporate market place and building long term relationships.
Key responsibilites include
- Work directly with the leadership team to crystallize the long-term corporate strategy and product mix
- Canvas real-life user groups to ensure the product:market fit is commercially appropriate
- Help build the business model and pricing structure around the product menu
- Work closely with the central marketing department to plan and execute a viable and sustainable marketing strategy
- Recruit, grow and develop a world-class sales team
- Regular off-site client pitches and presentations to build key long-term relationships
Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will be completely autonomous with it’s own P&L accountability. This role will be well suited to a highly driven and ambitious Corporate Events Manager or Business Development Manager looking to take a major step up into a medium-term leadership role.
