I am currently recruiting for an experienced Hair Salon Manager to run a high end salon in Central London. My client has got a fantastic reputation in the city and is known to provide a 5 star service and experience.

This is a great opportunity to work with a talented team of creative and friendly staff. My client prides themselves on exceptional customer service and professionalism in a relaxed, friendly environment . Clients always come first. A salon visit starts and finishes at the front desk, we are looking for the right person who can manage a team and create a welcoming atmosphere.

In particular, the right candidate needs to have:
Over 2 years Experience in a Salon or Retail Management role.

• Effective empowering communicator and good problem solver.


• Manage salon costs and profits. Ensure that stock levels are controlled effectively.


• Innovative manager with exceptional people skills


• Sets plans & objectives, clearly delegates tasks. Develops, manages and inspires staff


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving abilities


• Excellent team-building, project management and organisational skills


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment


• Exceptional attention to detail.
