MARINA OPERATIVE - LOCK KEEPER - British Waterways Marinas Limited - London E14

Working effectively as part of a small team developing the marina business by attaining and maintaining the highest levels of customer care through continued maintenance and upkeep of the marina to benefit the business and customers.

Flexible working to meet the needs of the business may be required from time to time. Due to the nature of the business, hours will be on a seven day rota.

Assistance and support of the day to day safe operation of lock gates and equipment where applicable.
Undertake and record scheduled inspections
Undertake any reactive maintenance duties as they arise
Undertake any planned maintenance duties on a daily basis

Have experience of working within a customer service role.
Have experience of using a wide range of tools, both electrical and non electrical.
Have general knowledge and understanding of maintenance tasks.
