THE COMPANY

Our client is an award-winning agency that has a solid client base in associations and across the pharmaceutical sector. They have an exceptional reputation for delivering a range of innovative events including conferences, exhibitions and meetings both across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth from one of their major accounts there is now the need for a dedicated Project Manager to deliver a range of events.

Responsibilities will include:

Full end-to-end delivery of events
Full event logistics
Liaising with clients
Supplier and venue management and negotiation
Budget management, cost tracking and reconciliation
Onsite management
Post-event evaluation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate would be someone currently working within a similar role at an event agency or association, with a proven background in end to end event delivery. Logistics experience is key as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Any exposure to exhibitions and managing floor plans would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be open to international travel as onsite attendance at the events will be required.
