On target earnings of £40,000 pa consist of a basic salary of £17,500 plus structured commission. In addition there is a good car allowance. This role offers the opportunity to embark on an exciting long term career with this highly regarded and professional Estate Agency.
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be dealing with high quality residential property in the area, hence, you must be experienced and confident to deal with high end residential property, clients and candidates.
You must have drive and energy and a successful track record as an Estate Agent. It is essential that you are well spoken and have immaculate presentation with outstanding communication skills. Local knowledge will be an advantage.
