A successful, oversubscribed Secondary school situated in the Borough of Newham is seeking to appoint a Science teacher, a position that begins immediately after the Easter holidays and initially runs for one term until the end of the academic year. Thereafter, the opportunity exists for the position to become permanent.

This is a full time Science Teacher role and includes delivering the curriculum to Key Stage 3 and 4.
The four key focus areas at Key Stage 3 are Scientific Enquiry, Life Processes & Living Things, Materials & Their Properties and Physical Processes.
At Key Stage 4, pupils are placed into sets based on their Key Stage 3 results. High expectations are placed on the students and they are encouraged to work independently by developing upon what has been learnt in class.
