Commercial Finance Analyst

A global marketing agency is currently looking to recruit a high calibre Commercial Finance Analyst for their team. Offering real career progression and a full study package this role is integral to the team. Reporting into the Finance Director, responsibilities include:

• Monthly revenue reporting in compliance with accounting standards and client contractual obligations and analysis of variance to forecast


• Quarterly forecasting, reporting of revenue and client profitability


• Provide supporting analysis to support Business directors for budget reviews


• Work with the Business Director’s for each client account on establishing budget variances


• Lead/Support in fee negotiations; construct staffing plans, fee proposals, reconciliations and contractual matters (where appropriate);


• Support and work closely with the Account Management and Project Management Teams on project fees that are being produced, and all commercial finance matters.


• Streamlining commercial reporting provided to the non-finance teams


• Identifying business risks and opportunities

The successful candidate will be part qualified ACA / CIMA /ACCA or equivalent or qualified by experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify risk and opportunities is vital. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
