The Behavioural Science Group at Warwick Business School (WBS) seeks a laboratory manager to oversee the development and running of its experimental laboratory and web-based experimental programme. The successful candidate will assist with research projects conducted by behavioural scientists at WBS, including data collection and participant recruitment. The group is an exciting interdisciplinary initiative, led by researchers at the interface of economics and psychology aiming to build strong links across the Business School, and with close collaborations with the University of Warwick’s Economics and Psychology Departments.
In addition to running the experimental programme, you will lead the organisation of the Behavioural Science laboratory and related research resources within WBS.
Candidates must have an undergraduate or Masters degree in a cognate behavioural science discipline (e.g. behavioural economics, psychology), a keen interest in research, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
