Property Manager
Our client, a well established and diverse property management company are looking for a new Manager to join their team.
They are looking for a candidate, with some experience in property, who is enthusiastic and someone who enjoys working with all different types of people on a daily basis.
Successful candidates will be given full responsibility of their own portfolio of properties.
The role will involve:
- Ensuring properties are maintained
- Organising repairs
- Networking with landlords
- Working with tenants to keep the properties in a good condition
- Inducting new tenants
Salary: £22,000
