Owing to growth and company expansion into the European marketplace, the company are looking for a Bi-lingual Customer Service Executive/ Sales Administrator to work in their East London site.


Description


Daily duties as a Bi-lingual Customer Service Executive/ Sales Administrator will include:


– liaising with new and existing customers based in Europe to ascertain their requirements


– providing first class customer service


– co-ordinating any requirements by liaising with different divisions in the business


– processing incoming orders efficiently and effectively


– handling any queries and complaints


– completing general ad hoc administration


– collating information and producing reports using Excel and SAP


– traveling to different sites throughout Europe when required


Profile


To be successful in this Bi-lingual Customer Support Executive role you must be/ have:


– strong customer service background


– worked in a food manufacturing or distribution industry


– be fluent in either German, Italian or Spanish


– fluent in the use of SAP and Excel
