Title: Senior Architectural Technician
Location: London
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
Our client is one of the leading multinational retail companies. They are now looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside their Project Manager on different schemes whilst managing his/her own workload.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside key members of the design team, ensuring high quality architectural drawings and information is delivered
- Take ownership of projects and produce detailed reports
- Regularly attend and participate in site meetings, resolving any issues
- Manage workload for CAD technicians
- Liaise with local authorities (planning officers, building control etc.)
- Produce site surveys
Requirements:
- Fully proficient in latest version of AutoCAD
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in design and space planning
- Working knowledge of planning/building control issues/regulations
- Architectural/Fit Out environment in a similar role
- Ability to build relationships, internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills
- Management and leadership skills
- A current driving license and readiness to travel across the country
