What we’re looking for:


We’re looking for an ambitious graduate or current student to join our Promoter Services team to support and contribute to the administration of the ticketing inventory received from promoters within Songkick’s proprietary CMS. The Ticketing Services Intern will assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to creating analytics reports related to client campaigns and helping with door list emails. The successful candidate is someone with excellent time management skills, a great attitude, an eye for detail, and passion for the music industry.


This is a temporary (3 month) part-time opportunity with the potential to turn into a full-time position after winning us over with your outstanding work performance. Ideally, you’ll be available to work from our London office for 4-5 days per week.


Responsibilities:


  • ​Update promoter allocations tracking grid to ensure retrieval of tickets for every show

  • Internal promoter ticket counts and reporting

  • Assist with door list emails

  • Take meeting notes and distribute concise summaries and updates to the team

  • Create events efficiently and correctly in the Songkick proprietary CMS

  • Build and maintain ticket inventory in Songkick’s proprietary CMS

  • Create, format and maintain Excel spreadsheets

  • Monitor and report on inventory throughout the life of the sale

  • Prepare meeting agendas

Requirements:

  • Graduate or current student enrolled in a four-year college or university

  • Knowledge and interest in live events, the music industry, and/or start-ups

  • Strong familiarity with Excel

  • An approachable and friendly communicator

  • Flawless and engaging writing style

  • Mature, proactive and positive attitude

  • Conscientious with excellent attention to details

  • Passion for helping people and problem solving

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and Google products would be extremely valuable to us

  • Flexible, collaborative, team player

Compensation:

  • Hourly (min) wage

  • Travel stipend
