Client

Our client is rapidly expanding is Domiciliary business, currently they have 12 locations across England with ambitious plans to expand to 20 within the next 12 months.

Role

Our client is seeking a Head of Compliance for its rapidly growing and expanding Domiciliary Care Business.
**Takes overall responsibility for the business compliance of the over-arching requirements of the CQC, ensuring all key requirements are met.
**Accomplishes compliance within business strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, counselling.
**Develops compliance organisational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organisational objectives.
**Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing regulations; recommending new procedures; complying with legal requirements.

To achieve the above you will have 3 Regional Compliance Manager/auditors working for you. The role will be based at Head Office in Central London although will require frequent travel to existing and new branches so you can expect to spend some nights working away from home.

The ideal candidate will have:

**Extensive knowledge of working in a Management position in the Domiciliary Care sector
**Ideally a Professional Care Qualification
**Experience of undertaking audits, quality management, developing standards, implementing change and operational research to improve quality standards across the business (Best Practice)
**Sound understanding of care standards determined by national care regulators (e.g. CQC)
**Strong financial planning, writing and delivering budgets.
**Excellent communication and man management skills
