NYC Opportunity! Senior Recruitment Consultant needed!

Due to expansion, we are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join us. A data & analytics background is preferred but this is definitely not essential, two years recruitment experience is however. You will be based in our London office while you wait for a visa and we’ll get you out to NYC as soon as possible!

The role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant will probably be similar to what you’re used to. At Harnham, much of our business is built on long term relationships. We would require you to continue developing new business whilst working with existing clients.

The ideal candidate:
The best people in recruitment have real drive, ambition, resilience and motivation so to us this is the most important requirement. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment, good communication skills and evidence of building strong relationships.
