My client is in search for a candidate with previous administration experience who wants to thrive within their organisation. The ideal candidate will hold strong communication skills and be able to excel under pressure.
Main duties:


  • Undertaking Administrative duties

  • Undertaking receptionist duties

  • Maintaining a diary

  • Minute taking

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Arranging meetings

  • Creating reports

  • Liaising with operational and department staff
