Specifically you will be working on a one to one basis with a pupil on the autistic spectrum with mild behavioural difficulties. This is a challenging but rewarding role that will be desirable to anybody with a future set firmly in education or child development, the head is looking for bright, confident individual with a genuine enthusiasm for working in a Primary School and supporting children with learning difficulties, although experience working with Special educational needs is not essential, you will require some previous experience in a School setting.
