Our client a Global consultancy offers a range of services to the construction and property industry.
We are looking for an Assistant Team Administrator to join the expanding company providing support to the team in the Central London office.
This role includes a wide variety of administrative functions including:
*Typing
*Scanning various documents and uploaded onto the system
*Diary management
*Document control
*Filing and archiving
*Assisting with producing different reports when required
You will be experienced and confident on the telephone, have excellent organisational skills and a good knowledge of MS Word.
The successful candidate should have proven previous experience ideally from the same or similar industry
