Bookings & Digital Content Co-Ordinator
Photoplan is a property marketing company based in Central London. We specialise in all aspects of marketing from interior architectural photography, 360 Virtual Tours to floor plans, brochure design, architectural CGI and property videos.
We are currently looking to recruit a new member of the team in the role of Bookings & Digital Content Co-ordinator. This is quite a varied role requiring a host of different skills both practical and creative.
The main part of the role is as bookings co-ordinator, managing the daily intake of phone calls and emails from clients and liaising with various parties to organise the weekly work calendar. This will require communicating with both clients and colleagues to create an organised and achievable workflow for all involved.
The other large part of the role is as photo-editor/retoucher. This requires managing the daily intake of photographs and editing them to client’s requirements. This will mainly include removing items from images, watermarking, resizing and adding items such as blue skies to create the desired aesthetic and will call for proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop. The images will also need to be archived daily onto an online server.
Other parts of the role include brochure design and floor plan amendments. For this it would be beneficial to have a working knowledge of both Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator respectively. Most design work will be from previously designed client templates although on occasion a new template will be needed from scratch. Floor plan amendments would also be needed on occasion, correcting measurements and layouts. As well as dealing with our YouTube page uploading and publishing our property video content.
