HR Business Partner – Up to £250 pd – London / Surrey


Our client is a well known global electronics manufacturer, going through an exciting period of development. Due to this expansion they are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Business Partner to join their team. This role would focus on tech and innovative client groups, working across the entire HR Generalist remit.


PLEASE NOTE: this is initially a 3 month contract, with travel between London and Surrey.


HR Business Partner – Up to £250 pd – London / Surrey – Job Role


Reporting to the VP of HR, this role would play a crucial role in managing business performance.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Act as a business partner to a managers whilst delivering on performance management, budgeting and succession planning activities.

  • Assist with the development, review and implementation of HR policies and initiatives to further develop the HR function.

  • Work closely with a range of senior stakeholders to provide feedback and coaching on individual leadership and behavioural skills.

  • Working with the L&D Manager to identify learning needs and sourcing L&D interventions for the business area.

  • Excellent HR Generalist experience gained in a fast-paced HR department

  • The ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the business, with minimum supervision.

  • Knowledge of working with HR data systems

  • Able to work under pressure and constructively challenge when appropriate
