Quantity Surveyor’s all levels – Residential/Commercial/Hotel

Due to exciting new projects coming on-board, Gleeds have opportunities within the Commercial, Residential and Hotel sector in the London office. We are seeking Graduate, Intermediate, Senior and Executive level Quantity Surveyors for varied and substantial Cost Management programs.

You will be managing multi-million projects, working with signature architects in multiple sectors offering you a variety of project types and sizes within the Residential, Commercial, Retail and Hotel sectors.

You will be responsible for a range of pre and post contract surveying duties including:

– Budget estimating

– Cost planning

– Benchmarking

– Reporting on tenders

– Value Engineering

– Cost reporting

– Agreement of final accounts

– People Management to deliver detailed Cost Plans

– Acting as Gleeds International Lead Consultant

– Use of Cost Planning Systems, CostX and other forms of Computer Aided Measurement

You will be degree qualified and ideally MRICS for the more experienced roles. You will a have a proven track record of working on major projects – managing all stages of the contract, as well as experience in managing and leading teams.
