STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS MANAGER / DIRECTOR - LIFE SCIENCES
Responsibility for the management, delivery and continuous development of our client’s Life Sciences Key Accounts across Europe. You will do this by partnering and adding value to your sales team by taking a consultative approach to ensure our clients Life Science team are the supplier of choice.
This is a London based role, offering great career prospects and some attractive financials.
THE COMPANY
Our client is already an established global player within the Life Sciences market and has a extensive plans to expand further into Europe and Asia which will offer great career opportunities.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You will already have a good understanding of the Life Sciences market, and solid track record of developing relationships with large Pharma / CRO type organisations within the UK & Europe. In addition you will need to have: a comprehensive understanding of Life Sciences recruitment industry trends and challenges, an understanding of the Clinical vertical will be essential however; a broader understanding across Life Sciences is desirable, experience of managing large, complex multi-national accounts, and a track record of identifying and executing on large scale opportunities.
A prerequisite for this role is that you must have worked within either an In-House Life Science / Pharma Resourcing position or, Agency side as a Managing Consultant, Business Development or as a senior 360 recruiter.
If you have client side experience that will give your application at a distinct advantage.
THE ROLE
· You will be responsible for creating comprehensive plan to increase contract and permanent revenue across the our client’s Life Sciences brand in line with targets and growth projections
· Develop and drive detailed account strategies by identifying Contract and Permanent business opportunities within the current client portfolio.
· Able to identify, develop and maintain executive level stakeholder relationships within both Customers and Recruitment Partners. Able to understand the need behind demand and educate clients on how they could change their recruitment strategy.
· Work with Senior Sales leadership to update on account performance and advise on resourcing need within the current client base.
· Understanding of Customer’s business initiatives / challenges and able to articulate and sell full range of our clients products across multiple brands
· Accountability for articulation and adherence to process / SLAs with the Customer and Recruitment Partners.
· Responsible for articulation of current client Employee Value Proposition, business drivers and initiatives to sales teams.
· Act as escalation point with clients and recruitment partners, if needed.
