Facilities Administrator





A Corporate Bank in the City are now looking for a Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Manager and provide general maintenance and administration support


Your responsibilities:

  • Facilities administration

  • General maintenance

  • Organising and review of company insurances

  • Recharging internal rent and service charges to all subsidiaries.

  • Asset Management

  • IT Promotor

  • Audio visual support

  • DSE assessor including management of DSE system and records

  • Health and Safety support

  • Post room support and cover

  • Environmental Compliance Support

  • Contactor Management in hours and out of hours if required

  • Scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance

  • Access control management

You will need:

  • Significant experience in facilities

  • Significant experience in general maintenance

  • Handling complaints and communicating at all levels

  • Working within a corporate environment

  • Experience working within hard and soft services

  • Health & safety knowledge

  • Organisational skills and flexibility

  • Good use of own initiative

  • Word/excel to advanced level

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-driven

  • Results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality

  • Able to travel within UK/Europe etc.
