A confident and competent HR Assistant required to work for a highly successful boutique Financial company based in the heart of the City.


A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to support the team in their City based office. Due to a recent acquisition it is imperative that this HR professional is an experienced HR Generalist who can support the business on all HR aspects.


You will be the main point of contact for all HR matters whilst reporting to the Head of Operations so a confident, experienced, self starter is essential for this role.


The main responsibilities of the role are to manage recruitment , inductions, probations, salary reviews, drafting new policies, liaising with other offices along with payroll and pension administration.


The HR Assistant will be CIPD qualified or currently studying toward their CIPD, have a solid understanding of the generalist HR role and ideally worked within the Financial sector.
