Learn true farm to table from a Michelin-starred Chef

I am looking for a Chef de Partie to join a Michelin-star restaurant outside London, where you can truly learn the essence of farm to table. Set in rural England all the produce for the restaurant comes from a 10 mile radius, the butchery is done in-house and the chefs are basically almost the farmers!


The Head Chef trained with some of the best chefs in the UK and is now looking for eager junior chefs to join him. You will learn how to do everything in-house. There are no shortcuts or anything done by half with this chef.
