My client being a global Internet company are currently seeking a Mailroom / Logistics Coordinator & Project Operational Support to work on a 6 month temporary assignment. What you will do…
 As a Mailroom / Logistics Coordinator & Project Operational Support operator you will be responsible for coordinating all logistical needs around organizing and deploying domestic shipments such as: managing shipment schedules, tracking assets, controlling inventory flows, event-planning for various other tasks in relation to location operations, correspondence with multiple internal teams.


Furthermore this role will be also required to support the Operations Lead of a fast growing and evolving internal photography-based program, familiarizing with main processes and being able to help with creation of documentation and training manuals and support in the main tasks


Key Duties & Responsibilities…


– Participate in weekly meetings for support of location operations and other relevant meetings
– Analyse and assist in allocation of inventory between field operators and warehouse hubs
– Arrange and fulfil warehousing and transportation needs
– Provide metric reporting and analysis on supply chain channels for planning operational support
– Conduct needs assessments per service channel for operations team
– Liaise with vendors and manage relationships for successful execution
– Investigate and respond to inquiries regarding, distribution and shipping
– Manipulate and/or transform inventory, including maintaining the integrity of the products
– Facilitate all documentation processes required for all domestic movements


Key Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours…


– College Degree or 3 years of relevant industry experience required
– Minimal/basic hardware troubleshooting skills
– Interest in and ability to improve team and operational work efficiency
– Capability to work efficiently under little supervision
– Strong organizational skills, written and oral communication skills and great attention to detail
– Ability to multitask, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
– Written and Spoken Languages: English, with any other languages not mandatory but a plus
