It is now looking for a recruitment manager to manage the PSL, be involved in ad-hoc recruitment projects, and bring a higher level of expertise and organisation to the recruitment process.
The main responsibilities of the role are;


Manage the Recruitment Agencies
Look after candidates through the recruitment process.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders
Maintain recruitment spend within budget.
Manage ‘on – boarding ‘ of successful candidates.
Provide feedback and data around the recruitment process.


You MUST have;


Retail or leisure experience,as a recruitment manager, or as a senior recruitment consultant.
The ability to work in a very fast paced environment
Recruitment experience.
A lively ,positive personality.
The willingness to be part of a team , but also the ability to work on your own.
The desire to grow and develop your career .
