Our customer’s expect great service and a warm welcome, whether they’re placing a bet or have just come in for a chat and a coffee. As a Customer Service Assistant you’ll make them feel at home in one of our 2,400 shops on the high street is about providing a friendly face, as well as being passionate about our great range of betting products.

It’s a really fun, vibrant environment and there’s lots of variety. You’ll work hard, sharing your knowledge with customers and keeping the shop clean, tidy and inviting. You’ll need to work well in a team or on your own, and be happy taking on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the shop.
