What will you do ?
Technology is the backbone of River Island and we have some great ambitious plans for our Tech Department. This role, which reports to the Lead Talent Partner, will be to support our future Tech Talent acquisition plans. We are currently recruiting for a Co-ordinator to provide an efficient and effective support service to the Tech recruitment Team.
You will working closely with Recruitment Team supporting both BAU and project work. If you have a passion for recruitment, technology and fashion this is the ideal career path.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Tech Talent team in the administration of candidates and dealing with internal stakeholders.
• Be involved in organising interviews , diary bookings for internal and external candidates.
• Building strong relationships within the wider HR team and Key Technology stakeholders across the business at all levels.
• Be an active participant in building a strong Tech employer brand, integrating social media with other tools.
• Maintain Recruitment trackers and ATS in accordance with the requirements set by the senior management.
• Own the MI Reports and reporting on key recruitment statistics.
• Assist in improving the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands.
• Attend Networking / Career events and represent RI as a Talent Brand Ambassador.
• Work as part of a wider HR team to deliver the best recruitment experience for RI and our candidates.
• Assist the Lead Talent Partner in a wide range of exciting HR projects
• Be involved in Tech Talent Event management.
• Be interacting with 3rd Parties (Recruitment Agencies, Job/CV Boards, Suppliers).
• Carryout necessary compliance checks.
Skills and experience you will need:
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
• Experience of developing social media branding on multiple platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, Glassdoor, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to juggle multiple demands.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment, flexible, adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
• Self Starter, ability to solve problems and think creatively.
• Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be highly advantageous.
• Experience in a recruitment environment would be beneficial.
• Passion for technology.
• Strong team player and collaborative approach – happy to ‘get stuck in’ as needed.
• Be highly accountable and manage expectations.
• Enthusiasm to embrace change and develop.
• Fun loving and good sense of humour.
