Our Story – What is Wagging Tails?

Wagging Tails is a multi award winning home dog boarding franchise. The original “home from home” dog boarding franchise where owners get to meet their dogs carers before their holiday. Dogs stay in the family home of a carer who has been carefully selected to ensure it’s the right match for the breed, age and size of dog.

What’s a Day like for a Wagging Tails Franchisee?

Firstly this is a ‘home based’ franchise – we are not a ‘man in a van’ franchise so we won’t be asking you to spend your days driving around your territory collecting and dropping off dogs. This is very much a management franchise, you will grow your business by taking on a team of dog carers. You will speak to owners and be recommending the most suitable carer for their dog/s.

As is the nature of the role, every day is different. You could be catching up with a carer and finding out how their holiday guest is settling in, interviewing a new carer, taking more boards and attending shows, no day is the same and what’s great is you get to plan your own day and fit it around your lifestyle and family.

What Training and Support Do I Get?

We are thrilled to have won awards for the level of support we offer our franchisees and are always looking at ways of providing more support and training to enable our franchisees to become even more successful.. The support starts from day 1 and never stops. We train you in everything from customer service, advertising and marketing your business to lead generation, vetting carers, liaising with councils for carer licenses, dog law and we have bespoke systems which aid our franchisees in running their businesses so reducing the time spent on paperwork.

We are also partnered with various leaders in the pet care and franchising worlds so franchisees are able to benefit from the support and services they provide. We believe strongly in ethical franchising and as such our focus is in giving you all the tools and support for you to grow a very successful business.

What is the Franchise Package?

The price is £12,995 + VAT.

We award large and exclusive territories, two items of branded clothing with a full catalogue to choose from, car decal, eight personalised and optimised webpages, branded gazebo and two branded and personalised blizzard boards, in house bespoke artwork design for all promotional material, payment facility through Wagging Tails website, email marketing system, social media support, marketing training program, bespoke FETCH system, three days training at Wagging Tails Head Office plus day with an existing franchisee, full launch and ongoing support from both Head Office and other franchisees.
