If this is ticking your ‘boxes’ we need to talk. I am looking for a part-qualified or qualified accountant who wants to take responsibility for running an office of 30 that will include creative, sales, marketing etc. You be the sole charge accountant in London and be responsible for reporting back to the Head Office in New York.

You should also have some VAT and tax experience too.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all required financial closing data (billing, expenses, etc.) is submitted to Corporate Finance on a timely and accurate basis.
* Support business leaders and Corporate Finance with reports and analysis as required
* Partner with Corporate Finance and local tax and audit professionals in the production of audited financial statements, as well as VAT and Corporate Tax return preparation.
* Compliance with all Government and local tax regulations.
* Maintain documentation of controls for all payroll related activities and procedures.
* Partner with Human Resources as necessary.
* Run general ledger and payroll reports when required.
* Ensure adherence to Company payroll policies and procedures which support service and quality assurance values.
* Serves as contact for all payroll related issues/queries.
* Responsible for day-to-day office administration
* Other duties as assigned by the Corporate Controller or the CFO.

You are required to have:

* Minimum 3+ years of general accounting experience and working knowledge of accounting systems.
* Working knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
