Band 6 Physiotherapist
RIG Healthcare is currently recruiting a Band 6 Physiotherapist to work in an NHS Hospital in Hertfordshire, East of England. This is a community based role, working as a part of an Integrated Care team. The successful candidate will be required to carry out assessments and continue discharge plans and treatments for more elderly patients with general conditions; such as post-op, falls, and orthopaedic. A car driver is required for this role in order to visit patient homes. This placement will be available immediately with a 2-3 month contract and the potential to extend. The ideal candidate will need to have the following:
- Band 6
- Up to date HCPC
- Community Experience
- Full driver`s licence and access to a car
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours a week: Full time
