The role


6 hours per week Saturday only 7:30am – 13:30pm


We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who will be able to handle the varied responsibilities of this role. You will be required to handle telephone calls from customers, dealing with our customers on a face to face basis at our collection points. You will also be liaising with our drivers regarding collection and deliveries. It is also a key requirement that you make sure our customers get their products through to their customers on time.


We are looking for people who are passionate about providing an excellent service to our customers.


We are looking to offer Fixed Term contracts for 3 months.


You will require the following:


  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.

  • Computer literacy skills – as you will be responsible for monitoring message screens and inputting information from databases.

  • We are looking for a team player who is willing and flexible enough to help colleagues ensure that all our customers get their parcels on time. You must enjoy customer interaction; have great communication/Interpersonal skills which will help us deliver our usual excellent customer service.

The benefits


You will receive a starting basic salary of £18,711 per annum pro rata, which will increase to £20,629 per annum pro rata on successful completion of a 6 month probationary period.


Please note that you must be flexible to work the occasional Saturday, (the above rates do not include any overtime)


Outer London will attract an Outer London weighting allowance of £2,584 per annum pro rata.
