For this post, you must be a capable graduate who has already spent time in a role where you worked closely with children and an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree. You must show the ability to demonstrate a genuine interest in the welfare of your pupils through unwavering support in the social and emotional elements to school life. You will have the ability to be an enthusiastic addition to the school environment and show your empathetic personality. You should possess a genuine passion for teaching and learning that is obvious in the way you show interest in new activities, ask questions and stay motivated .

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant your role will involve you supporting the learning of a specific Year 2 pupil who has a statement of ASD. You will receive first class training and gain incredible exposure to working with an Educational Psychologist and Speech and Language Therapist.
