They make sure brand engagement with the youth market is safe, effective and entertaining. With the largest digital marketing platform in the world, we reach over 250 million kids each month across mobile, web and online video. Clients include Disney, Nintendo, Lego and many other brands.

Due to rapid growth, they are seeking a talented, experienced and motivated sales professional to join the team. They are looking for someone with a proven track record in selling, with an impressive contact list. Experience in specific to the youth market is a plus.

The Role

? Drive new relationships and manage existing relationships with children’s book publishers in the
UK
? Drive exceptional sales growth by exceeding monthly targets
? Design, build and implement world class customized programs for clients, delivering excellence at all times
? Create and deliver world class sales presentations
? Work with our Global Sales team to deliver global client pitches and campaigns
? Be a Company expert. Understand all aspects of the Company’s sales offering and products
? Be a kids expert. Own a deep understanding of all aspects of the youth market, including industry regulations, insights and campaign performance
? Manage your CRM process flow, grow a strong pipeline of opportunities and contacts

Your Background As Sales Manager

? Proven success in creating, managing and achieving revenue targets

? Proven success in building relationships with new clients
? A consultative sales approach
? Strong contacts among children’s book publishers desirable
? experienced in media/digital media sales
? Experience in the youth market ( a bonus not a requirement)
