Senior Recruitment Consultant – 6-12 Months experience minimum

Location: City of London, Bank

Salary: £25-30K depending on experience, (35% commission, £50k OTE)

My client is a highly successful boutique recruitment company, based in the heart of London, and looking to bring on an experienced consultant to join their team. With extensive growth planned over the next 5 years this is an excellent time to join the business.

Renowned for creating continual and productive relationships with clients and colleague, this company recognise that it’s staff are their greatest assets and work hard to ensure that they remain rewarded and motivated. No KPI’s and excellent incentives for all staff.

They are looking for someone with a passion for recruitment but looking for a new challenge, with a minimum of 6 months of experience and a high-level of commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established desk which is responsible for approximately 50% of the company’s revenue, and will enjoy access to a warm desk and extensive client list.

The company culture is ideally suited to an experienced recruiter looking for a relaxed and mature office environment, opportunities for career progression, and a consultative role dealing with high-end clients and candidates.
