Recruitment Consultant




JOB PURPOSE


You will be part of a new rapidly growing internet based staffing solution in UK. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and achieve a leading position through continually demonstrating your success by sourcing Health Care professionals to be casually employed by our customers and work closely with our sales and technical team. Temployer supports clients by offering them a cost efficient online solution within always evolving recruitment market.

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Proactive sourcing of passive and active candidates in the current market to obtain registrations and placements through market mapping, head hunting, job boards, advertising, LinkedIn, internal referrals and networking


• Pre-screening, conducting competency based telephone interviews and first interviews face-to-face (where appropriate)


• Enhancing the company’s Employer Branding via social media, web campaigns etc.


• Recording details of candidates on the database and ensuring they are appropriately matched to any client/vacancy requirement.


• Preparing advertising material and contributing to overall marketing strategy as required.


• Taking up references for applicants where necessary or as requested by the Client.


• Co-ordinating recruitment progress with Customer and Applicant and arranging follow-up activity with placed Applicants.


PERSON SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES


• Must have previous recruitment experience, preferably in Health Care.


• Must be proficient in all aspects of sales process – telephone prospecting, visits, presentations and negotiation


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Must be prepared to work some unsociable hours to achieve objectives


• Hands on attitude with strong work ethic


• Positive attitude and not afraid to take ownership of projects


• Entrepreneurial attitude with strong interest in online business
