United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Corporate Services Co-ordinator


Sightsavers are looking for a Corporate Services Co-ordinator to join their busy Corporate Services team. The team are responsible for IT support, travel coordination, programme procurement, HR Operations, accounts payable, Insurance, Inductions, trustee support, service delivery management and UK premises.


The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a flexible and multi-disciplinary range of services to the organisation. Chief amongst these is the provision of:


  • Services to customers across the organisation

  • Assisting with a range of tasks undertaken by our Corporate Services team.

The job holder would ideally have:


  • Experience of working across cultures (desirable, not essential)

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service environment with strong administration skills

  • Excellent customer care skills, particularly over the telephone

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • An understanding of and commitment to equality of opportunity for disabled people

  • Strong IT skills e.g. Microsoft applications
