United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Head of international People Management (HR)

This is a really exciting time to be joining WaterAid. We have recently launched our new Global Strategy with a vision of everyone everywhere having access to safe water and sanitation by 2030. We work with people in some of the world’s poorest countries, partnering with local organisations and communities and have grown substantially in recent years to extend our reach and impact.

At WaterAid we are passionate about employee engagement and about developing and maximising on the talents of our diverse global workforce. As Head of International People Management you will lead a team responsible for providing excellent support to our Heads of Region and Country teams. You will also lead on the development of global people strategies.

We are looking for someone with substantial HR management experience in an international context. Flexible, resourceful and innovative, you will have experience of leading and motivating others. You will be able to influence senior managers and be a credible source of advice, combining pragmatic solutions with excellent strategic thinking.
