It’s hard to believe that today over 650 million people still don’t have clean, safe water and over 2.3 billion live without a toilet. The resulting diseases kill one child every minute.

WaterAid is looking for a Head of Strategic Planning and Performance to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world’s poorest communities.

We have just launched our new Global Strategy 2015-2020, with a vision of everyone everywhere having access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene by 2030. Join us and play a crucial role in enabling the delivery of our strategy and preparing us for the next steps. In this role you will lead our global approaches to strategic planning, performance assessment and reporting.

You will bring significant experience of strategic planning, performance assessment and process design. You will have excellent project and programme management skills alongside an ability to analyse and assimilate complex information. You will be a great influencer, be confident working across the organisation and able to challenge while building consensus.
