Role :

As a Social Admin Assistant you should always be looking for new ways to connect with our influencers, advocates and customers, to engage them with our content, site and products – for both men and women. Ideally you will be a keen blogger/Instagrammer/Snapchatter yourself (as well as a huge ASOS advocate), with an understanding of how much passion goes into maintaining a community and how a brand like ours can best contribute to that. As part of the global social media team you’ll be responsible for maintaining our approach to shoppable Instagram, managing the Insiders warehouse orders and accepting people into Access All ASOS.

Purpose :

Contribute to a global centre of excellence for social media, supporting trailblazing activity that delivers tangible benefits for both our customers and our business, focusing on:

• Managing the global, international and Insider shoppable overlay on Instagram.
  


• Managing all of the Insider warehouse orders for the UK, Fr and De.
  


• Manage the accepting of people within our advocacy program; Access All ASOS.
  


• Championing community channels and their potential within ASOS.
  

Detailed responsibilities:

• Manage the shoppable Instagram proposition for all of our global, international and Insider handles.
  


• Support the Fashion Team during busy periods on the #AsSeenOnMe approval process.
  


• Alongside the Access All ASOS team, managing the approval process for the UK and future markets.
  


• Managage the warehouse orders for all of our Insiders including their clothing allowance, shoots and ad hoc activities.
  


• Support the wider social team with the detailed insight and reporting around Instagram, and #AsSeenOnMe.
  


• Work collaboratively with the Social Media and MW and WW Marketing teams to deliver world class, highly innovative and inherently social, customer insight-led campaigns for both men and women.
